Description

This bariatric seed recipe is a simple, natural blend of flaxseed, chia, fennel, and sunflower seeds that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps control cravings. It’s easy to prepare, halal-friendly, and perfect for daily use as part of your weight management routine.

Ingredients

Scale

2 tablespoons flaxseeds (ground for better absorption)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon fennel seeds

1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Optional: warm water or herbal tea for serving

Optional garnish: mint leaf or lemon slice

Instructions

1. Combine all seeds in a clean glass jar and mix well.

2. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks (or refrigerate for freshness).

3. To serve, mix 1 teaspoon of the seed mix into 1 cup of warm water or herbal tea.

4. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the chia and flax to expand.

5. Stir, garnish with mint or lemon if desired, and drink slowly.

6. For best results, drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.

Notes

Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support the effects of the fiber.

You may soak the mix overnight for a gel-like consistency.

Avoid consuming more than 2 teaspoons per day to prevent excess fiber intake.
