A simple, effective 4-seed blend used daily to support fat burning, reduce bloating, and improve digestion naturally.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
½ cup water (for soaking – optional)
Instructions
1. Mix all seeds in a small jar or airtight container.
2. Optionally, soak in ½ cup water overnight with a splash of lemon juice.
3. In the morning, stir well and consume on an empty stomach (drink the water and chew or swallow the seeds).
4. Or take 1 tablespoon dry with warm water 30 minutes before your main meal.
5. Use daily for best results.
Notes
– You can grind the mix if you have difficulty digesting whole seeds.
– Stay well hydrated seeds like chia and flax absorb water.
– Store the dry seed mix in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
– For variety, alternate between flax/chia/pumpkin/fennel combinations.
