Ingredients
1 glass (250 ml) warm filtered water
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm up your filtered water slightly (not boiling).
2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir gently.
4. (Optional) Add apple cider vinegar and stir again.
5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach for best results.
Notes
For a gentler version, skip the vinegar or substitute with fermented rice water.
Always use glass or ceramic containers avoid metal.
