Ingredients
1 glass warm filtered water (250–300 ml)
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
A few drops of fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat the water until it’s warm (not boiling).
2. Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Optionally, add a few drops of lemon juice for extra flavor.
4. Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
For best results, drink this on an empty stomach once a day.
Do not exceed 1/4 teaspoon of pink salt per day.
