This easy 4-ingredient drink uses pink salt, lemon, and warm water to support digestion, reduce bloating, and help you feel lighter naturally.
Ingredients
1 glass warm filtered water (about 250 ml)
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Juice from ½ lemon
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water until comfortably drinkable (not boiling).
2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
4. Mix in honey if desired.
5. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
Notes
For best results, drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s a great way to rehydrate, support digestion, and reduce bloating naturally.
If you’re sensitive to citrus, you can reduce the lemon to a few drops. Skip the honey if you’re doing intermittent fasting.
Store ingredients separately don’t mix and store the drink ahead for multiple days. Always use warm, not hot, water.
