Ingredients
1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
1 glass warm water (not boiling)
1 teaspoon raw honey or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (Optional)
Instructions
1. Warm your water until it’s slightly hot but not boiling.
2. Add the pink Himalayan salt and lemon juice.
3. Stir the drink until the salt is fully dissolved.
4. Add honey or ACV if desired, stir again.
5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning.
