Ingredients
1 cup warm water (not boiling)
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water so it’s comfortable to sip.
2. Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice.
4. Add apple cider vinegar (optional), stir well.
5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
