Description
A simple 3-seed drink using chia, flax, and pumpkin seeds designed to support digestion, appetite control, and natural weight balance.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (raw, unsalted)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 cup warm water or almond milk
Optional: fresh lemon juice, pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1. In a jar or glass, combine chia, flax, and pumpkin seeds with your liquid of choice.
2. Stir well to combine and let it sit for 20–30 minutes until it thickens slightly.
3. Drink slowly 30 minutes before a meal for best results.

• For easier digestion, use ground flaxseeds.
• Drink once daily. Increase to twice daily only if comfortable.
