A simple 4-ingredient drink using Himalayan pink salt, lemon, and warm water. Perfect as a gentle wellness habit to support digestion and reduce cravings.
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
½ lemon, juiced
1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (Optional)
Instructions
1. Pour the warm water into a glass.
2. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
3. Add a small pinch of pink salt.
4. Stir in apple cider vinegar (if using).
5. Mix well and sip slowly, preferably in the morning or 15–20 minutes before meals.
Notes
Do not exceed 1 pinch of salt per serving.
Apple cider vinegar is optional for those who tolerate it.
Best consumed on an empty stomach or before eating.
Use filtered warm water for best results.
